Datierung: In Worten und Ziffern datiert "on the fifteenth tithi of the bright fortnight of Vaiśākha in the year 392". Bezogen auf die Kalacuri-Ära entspricht das 641-642 n. Ch.

Die beiden Kupfertafeln wurden in Saṅkheḍā im Baroda Distrikt, Gujarat, gefunden; sie sind jeweils auf einer Seite beschrieben.

Die Tafeln wurden in Nāndīpura von Śrī Dadda in Auftrag gegeben; er nennt sich selbst auch Praśāntarāga , Sohn des Vītarāga und ist daher identisch mit Dadda II der frühen Gurjara-Dynastie.

Beurkundet wird die Landschenkung im Dorf Suvarṇārapalli im Saṅgamakheṭaka viṣaya an den Brāhmaṇa Sūrya der von Daśapura kommend nun im Dorf Kṣīrasara lebte. Das geschenkte Feld grenzte im Osten an das Dorf Kukkuṭavallikā und im Süden an den Weg nach Suvarṇārapalli. Geschrieben wurde die Urkunde von Reva, dem Chef des "Peace and War Departments".
