Chebrolu Inscription of Śaka-Saṃvat 1049

Diese Inschrift befindet sich auf einer Platte im Keśavasvāmin-Tempel in Cebrolu (Bāpaṭla tāluka , Kistna Distr.).

Die in der Inschrift genannte Datierung Śaka-Saṃvat 1049 entspricht 1127-28 n. Ch. [Ed. S. 224];das genannte 9. Regierungsjahr von Vikramacoýadeva wiese damit auf das Jahr 1119, in welchem er den Thron bestieg.

Die Inschrift beurkundet eine Schenkung an den Kumārasvāmin- (oder Mahāsena-) Tempel in Cembrolu (mod.: Cebrolu); Stifter war ein Vasall von Vikrama-Coýa , ein gewisser Nambaya der Durjaya-Familie.
